January is the time when so many of us set resolutions—yet, resolutions without the right structure and mindset often fade.

Our retreat gives you a guided and mindful approach to ensure that your intentions for 2025 have the depth and clarity they deserve. By combining mindfulness, movement, and mindset work, we offer a unique opportunity to set yourself up for real, sustained transformation.

Access to guided knowledge, sessions materials, lunch, and refreshments as well as connection possibilities are included.

Make sure to bring an open mind: to make the best of it, pack a notebook or a journal to collect your reflections.
For the yoga session you will need comfortable clothes and a mat.
Everything else will be provided!

Yes! Our sessions are welcoming to all levels, from beginners to those with more experience in mindfulness, yoga, and reflection practices.

We’d be sad not to have you with us, but do understand that life happens.
Should you need to cancel, 

here’s our policy to keep things fair and flexible:

  • Cancellations made before Decembre 15th, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a small processing fee.
  • Cancellations made between December 15th and January 2nd, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations after January 3rd are non-refundable due to the arrangements already in place.

If you’re unable to attend last minute, we’re happy to help transfer your spot to someone else, just let us know. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this special day with you!
